Flu Clinics
We are currently receiving a lot of queries regarding flu vaccinations.
Unfortunately we are not yet able to offer appointments for flu vaccinations but are in the process of arranging flu clinics for when we get the vaccine in stock.
If you are 65 years old or over, are pregnant or have a long term health condition for which you have annual flu vaccinations from the NHS, we will contact you to offer an appointment in one of our flu clinics as soon as they are available.
For full eligibility criteria for NHS flu vaccinations, please click here.
If you believe that your medical condition makes you eligible for the flu vaccination through the NHS but have not received an invitation by 1st November 2020, please contact the surgery by submitting an eConsult at www.ulhsonline.co.uk or by calling 01522 870 010.
If you have access to the internet, please try eConsult in the first instance in order to keep the phone lines open for those without internet connectivity.

EPS Phase 4
In EPS Phase 4, patients without a nomination will be given an EPS token (patients may refer to these as ‘paper copies’ of their prescription) at the GP practice. This will be given to the patient (or their representative) or collected as part of a prescription collection service. Patients can take these tokens to any pharmacy in England.
Please click here for further information on EPS Phase 4.
